Die sanft abgerundete Lampion-Form der Pendelleuchte wirkt in ihrer Schlichtheit sowohl zeitlos als auch funktional. Durch das weiche Licht, das sie abstrahlt, schafft sie eine gemütliche Atmosphäre in jedem Raum. Für Sicherheit und Stabilität sorgt ein im Glashalter verankertes umklöppeltes Textilkabel mit innenliegender Stahlseele. Bruchsichere, lichtdurchlässige Makrolon®-Füßchen schützen das Glas und ermöglichen ein einfaches Abnehmen zur Wartung oder Reinigung.

Jede Leuchte ist ein Unikat. Die Glaskörper der bologna-Pendelleuchten entstehen in aufwendiger Handarbeit im Triplex-Verfahren mit drei Glasschichten. Leichte Abweichungen in Maß, Glasdicke oder vereinzelte Luftbläschen (2,5–3 auf 50 mm) sind unvermeidbar und belegen die handwerkliche Qualität.
