You can pay for your order by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna on account or in advance.

Invoices are usually sent with the goods. If the delivery address is different, we will send you the invoice by email. If you pay in advance, you will find the payment details on the order confirmation.

Yes, you are welcome to give your family or friends the gift of exclusive designer lights. You can easily create gift vouchers for our online shop and our showrooms here and receive them by email.

Shipping & Returns

You can find our standard delivery times on the respective product pages. Depending on the order receipt time, stock goods will be handed over to our shipping partner on the following working day at the latest. You can view the status of your delivery in the tracking that you receive via email with the shipping confirmation from our partners.

The weekly information for our out-of-stock products is based on our experience with the manufacturers.

Within Germany we charge a flat rate of 6.75 euros for shipping costs. There are no shipping costs for orders over 200 euros. Please note that the minimum order value is 25 euros.

Yes, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from one of our showrooms in Berlin or Cottbus. Unfortunately, as we cannot always have all items in stock, it may take a few days for your order to arrive. In this case, you will receive an email from us with the expected delivery date.

The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. If you are not satisfied, please contact us briefly at shop@lichthausmoesch.de with your order number. We will then arrange the return and refund with you.
