Shipping
We deliver free shipping within Germany for orders over €200, below which we charge a flat rate of €6.75. For deliveries to other countries, you will find shipping information in the table below and in the check-out process. Additional costs may arise for deliveries to non-EU countries, including customs duties, customs fees or import sales taxes.

We will inform you about the delivery times for each item on the product pages. If you have chosen advance payment as your payment method, the goods will only be sent after receipt of payment. Orders containing items with different delivery times will be delivered complete. Partial deliveries are possible on request. If there are delays in the delivery times stated on the product page, we will inform you separately in an order confirmation.
