The Uomo Della Luce Piccolo table lamp by Catellani & Smith. This is not just a lamp, but an art object. A human figure made of pig iron holds a ball made of aluminum wire above its head, which contains the light source. The well-known wire ball shape and thus the light as such is symbolically carried on hands and is reminiscent of the Titan Atlas from Greek mythology. Height: 35cm, surface: pig iron and aluminum.
