The Melete LED wall light was designed by the designers Pio and Tito Toso for the manufacturer Artemide. The two designers are brothers and run a design studio together near Venice. Their designs combine unrestricted functionality with high aesthetic standards and have won numerous international awards. The Italian company Artemide has been considered one of the leading addresses in the sophisticated design scene since its founding in the early 1960s. Numerous designs by Artemide have achieved a timeless cult status and are shown in the permanent collections of renowned museums worldwide.
